What's up everyone, this is Rudy Gay of the Memphis Grizzlies. On February 14th I will be competing in the Sprite Slam Dunk Competition for the 2nd year in a row. Check out this video as I decide which dunk to perform during the competition. I just saw something that was truly nuts. If you do this youll win no doubt. Jump over someone and put it between your legs. The person is holding the ball and as you jump over them put the ball between your legs. It CAN be done. I just saw it on you tube.

Hey man, you can also do it: jump from the foul line and go to the rim with one hand then reverse yourself on air then get the ball to other hand and finish it.Man sorry for my english, i hope i can help you:))

Hey man what's up?I'm still think about your dunk.

How about come true from behind and jump on the line then do reverse between leg and finish it double clutch.

Alright lemme hook you up Rudy. What you should do is a lil tricky, but as skilled as you are, I think you can pull it off. The dunk I'm talkin about is if you throw off the shot clock, catch it in the air, and then go between the legs. You'll beat Jamario any day if you just try that dunk. Thanks for your attention and see you in the NBA when I grow up!
