Senator Jones, keep up the great work you have been doing for North Carolina and the United States of America. I am looking forward to learning what answer you receive from the white house regarding the missile technology we are providing to China. China is my greatest concern to the safety of our economy and security of our country. It concerns me when our federal government is making trips to beg a Communist nation to continue buying our assets and to flood our stores with increasingly substandard products while we have no chance of equalizing the difference in trade. It scares me that our NC governor is travelling to a Communist nation to make sales pitches to the chinese government about investing directly in our state. Maybe we could sell our health care system off to the communists, they can obviously afford it and do it cheaper than what our government is trying to shove down our throats and out the bottoms of our pockets.

THANK YOU for not supporting this ridiculous Health Care bill! Normal, average Americans know that this bill is a just another attempt by Washington liberals to take over our lives. Many of these liberals have been recorded saying this public option is just a means to thier true end...a single payor system. Yikes! Can't we learn anything from other governments' mistakes with socialized medicine? Please support the Republican option and help it get more attention in Washington. We need more competition between the states for insurance plans and elimination of frivilous lawsuits. Thanks again for pledging to vote against this massive paperweight!

Please tell me who I need to beg to change the State drop out age. I am outraged that a 16 year old CHILD can legally drop out of school without parental consent. Is it any wonder our country has fallen so far in education? Please respond and tell me who to write to change this ridiculous law.

Not only is this bill motivated more by malice towards the Democratic Party in general and the President in specific, the short name of the bill references President Obama himself as if he were a bad person. Regardless of your political views, President Obama is still the President, and using his name in such a negative manner in the title of this bill is close to treason. This is so nice, I visit here when I have the time.

My big concern is this "cap and trade" bill, I admit I do not understand the thing but most who do say it will raise the cost of everything and we are already suffering the effects of inflation, my 2008 heating bills were nearly triple my 2007 bills, I kept the thermostat on 65 and used the fireplace (which only heated one room!!!) I can not afford another increase, I am a 60 year old woman and as wood is pricey too I am trying to harvest my own but it is hard.

Please do what you can to stop that cap and trade bill.
