About the name "Rattboy8888": I first put some videos up on You Tube to see what kind of response Uberstix would get. I thought that being anonymous (i.e. ratboy8888)was the best way to get honest feedback. What I didn't know at the time was that everyone on You Tube pretty much says exactly what they feel. Just as it should be.
The problem: Now I'm stuck with this tag. If you know a way to change your channel name without losing your channel, please respond via message or video. Thanks! Dane

It began with the idea to design a construction system that was functional, in that whatever you build should work and in a perfect world, the system would be accessible to every kid on the planet. "Green Design" turned out to be the solution. I was researching the toy industry at the same time I was in the beginning phase of designing Uberstix and it turns out that kids in first world countries get (on average) approx. $350.00 per year spent on them for toys where as kids in 3rd world countries are lucky to have $1 - $2. spent on them. When you consider that building toys are a critical component of developing spatial skills, problem solving and visualization as well as building confidence and self esteem, there had to be a solution to level the playing field.
The answer was to design Uberstix to mate/integrate with everything, yes, everything.
THE RESULT:
Uberstix integrate/mate with recycled materials i.e. Popsicle sticks, water bottles, paper cups, Starbucks straws, McDonald's straws, paper clips, etc...
Uberstix mate with every build system on the market including LEGO®, K'Nex®, Zoobs®, Zome®, Erector sets®, Tinker Toys®, Mega Blox®, BTR®, etc...
