Previous to the present Israeli retaliation, on average, some 80 rockets a day were launched into Israel from the Gaza Strip, relinquished by Israel in 2005, in an effort to achieve peace with the Palestinians!
Hundreds of tunnels have been built from Egypt which are used to smuggle weapons into Gaza.
Bunkers are built by Hamas under SCHOOL- and HOSPITAL-Grounds, so as to frustrate Israel's efforts, since it tries its best to inflict a minimum of casualties among the population in their quest to disseminate Hamas.
Hamas, as does any terrorist in today's world such as Saddam Hussein and al-Quaeda, HIDES in vastly populated areas, behind children and women's burkas.
Its only purpose is to eliminate Israel! It is funded by Iran!
Due to the extremely sophisticated alarm system employed by Israel, its citizens get a few seconds' warning to escape the daily never-ending stream of rockets.
Nevertheless, their homes are destroyed, and peace is not to be had, given that one never knows, not if, but when or where the rockets will land!
Just some two weeks ago, a truce was achieved, at which time Hamas declared 'victory!' This is pathetic!! Here they were crying misery to the world, due to the 'nip it in the bud' operation carried out by Israel, literally begging them to cease fire!!
Just where is the world's outrage regarding all of the above??!
There is no such thing as a Palestinian State!! JUDEA was renamed Palestine!! It was JUDEA, until the last century, when it was renamed. JUDEA WAS A JEWISH STATE, SINCE BIBLICAL TIMES!!
