Ok, so adding on, I actually can tell you that anyone who is found to have a video containing anything the creator doesn't own the rights to, is declared a felon under the US constitution. They don't realize all the good LP'ing is doing for their economy, so many people have bought games solely because of an LP that it's become unreal. They don't realize all the good it's doing to small time developers and indie groups, let alone the sheer number of them that actually sponsor LP'ers to play, review, and show off their games. Also, you'r not allowed to defend yourself in a court of law...anyone on Earth can tell you that if there's one thing thats good about the US, its the Due Process that was written in the 5th Amendment which 'Should' make SOPA and Protect-IP unconstitutional, but sadly, there's a debate that's going to go on til February that will decide the outcome.

The only news that you really should know about is that this is all the US big time media corporations and big time gaming industries pulling together to "censor" the internet by suing and taking down everything they view as a threat to copyrights, this includes videos of anything that wasn't made by the video's creator. These are the people who threw a hissy fit here in the US around '82 because they said that VHS', walkmen, and CD's would ,and I quote, "Crush the US economy and ruin the business' of film makers, music producers, and theatres around the world." Trust me, these guys throw fits over every last penny, this is just their way of saying "We want the internet down so we get money for the movies even thought we do nothing! WAAGGH!" Even the music artists and game developers and even Valve said, "We are all for anti-piracy, but SOPA and Protect-IP are taking it a bit too far." That's as much as I can tell you without being on skype.

I just hope my government isn't stupid enough to pass the SOPA or Protect-IP acts so you can stay up, and I get to continue to play flash games, watch LP's, and so I'm not deemed a felon under US law.
