Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a national non-profit organization founded in 1998 by Jim Thompson within the Stanford University Athletic Department. PCA provides hundreds of training workshops annually to youth sports organizations across the country so that coaches are better equipped to provide their players with a positive and enjoyable youth sports experience.
