PatheticComputing One of the ESCs on my quadrocopter is mismatched because one of the four that I originally bought was DOA. Looking forward to see more updates from you, you've made some nice, calm and quite descriptive videos. If you see this and have time for it, could you let us know what the tinning solution is named and perhaps if you know what company who made it as well? Keep up the good work with the videos! =)

ohmikron1, check your inbox. I tried to post my response here but it was too long and it also deleted it so I had to rewrite the whole thing.

I duplicated your setup for copper electroplating and just finished my first trial run. The copper in all the holes came out grainy and not well bonded to the FR1. Also parts of the surface are grainy. I'm guessing it's because the plating current was too high. Did you have any similar experience?

The problem with trying to plate after etching is that you no longer have an electrical connection to the holes which you need in order to plate the holes.

Does It work on already etched PCB's?
I prefer the photo-resist method and I'm wandering if I can plate the holes after etching?
