I found these clips of videos extremely helpful when four weeks into the first semester at college my daughter wanted to come home and commute to college; she wanted to start therapy; she felt she was falling apart (and she visibly looked that way). All this from a young lady who had it all together before embarking on her college career. This video gave me strength and the validation that it's "normal" and "ok" for the springboarding of emotions to go on.
