Hi ! as i browse through the net searching for some beginners guide in Avaya i found your videos and there are lots of good comments about you, i appreciate your tutorials and im glad that there are people like you sharing their knowledge about these kind of technologies, well to get things straight, im a Jr. systems administrator, its my first job, i have basic knowledge on Phone systems( we currently use TrixBox CE , asterisk and Grandstream FXS gateway ) as im also a level 3 engineer in the company, im planning to upgrade our phone system this year to Avaya but i have no idea where to start and what to buy, its a small business company that has i think a hundred employees, can you give me some advice, or much preferred, tutorials for beginners, basics from scratch tutorials to working systems, i searched on the net but i cant find any tutorials that will show me how to do or implement Avaya system from scratch. Thanks!

Very informative videos. It haleped break my fear before acquiring our first avaya aura system. I hope you can make some video on Location based call routing as well as on CMM messaging system

Hey everyone! After a nice long hiatis, I have upgrade my systems, my studio gear and will be recording everything in FULL HD 1080 so you can watch at full screen with high quality. I came across your collection of vids while searching for help with Modular Messenger Caller Application - pseudo Auto Attendant. Do you have anything in this area? We just upgraded to CM5.2.1 and our old Intuity/Audix based AA's went away. We are having trouble figuring out the process to build the AA in MM. BTW this is a great collection of vids to which I have referred our Technician Staff. Thanks for the help!
