I was born and raised in Florence (Italy) and I've been in the US since 2001. Of course I love the tasty Italian food & wine (my mom's is the best!), I love to tell people about traveling to this endlessly fascinating country, and I teach its musical language where I live, Charlotte, NC.

I love to cook, inspire people about "all things Italian" and see how simple it is to create delicious and authentic dishes every single day at home (not just on special nights when you have people over). I truly enjoy teaching fun evening Italian classes, organizing socials with friends, wine tastings, dinners, etc. I've learned to appreciate my country and its culture much more since I've relocated to the US.
