MultifieldOrigami

Our EFRI-ODISSEI National Science Foundation funded project, "Multi-field Responsive Origami Structures - Advancing the Emerging Frontier of Active Compliant Mechanisms", seeks to develop artistically inspired multi-field origami structures that actively fold and unfold from an initially flat sheet into complex three-dimensional shapes in response to different fields.

The project is led by the Pennsylvania State University and collaborates with Rowan University, George Mason University, and the Pennsylvania State University Altoona College.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of the National Science Foundation EFRI grant number 1240459 and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
