What you will find here is good, old fashioned music at it's best. Whether it be the 1930's & 1940's Big Bands & Dance Orchestra's .... the late 1950's & early 1960's Doo Wop & vocal groups ... the 1950's & early 1960's Country & Western & HillBilly ... the 1950's & early 1960's Rock & Roll & Rockabilly ... the 1950's Popular & standards ... or the 1930's & 1940's vocal groups... it'll be here or will be eventually. I'll even toss in some Barbershop Quartet recordings as well.
I'm a record collector & a amateur music historian , among other things, and since radio air-time is too expensive, YouTube fills a very great need. My main goal for this channel is to prevent any of this music from being forgotten. Also, I hope that this channel could serve as a possible "form" of musical education in some way, for those who are interested.
No rights are being claimed, since this music has been around for many, many years now and most of us are aware of that. Again, this channel is purely for enjoyment and education. I used my personal record collection, my computer, and my amateur video making abilities to bring these to you, so enjoy.
I have possibly 8 to 10 thousand 45's, 33's, & 78's combined, so what I've up-loaded here on YouTube so far, is nothing. More to come !
I have many recordings of my myself with a vocal group and band, however these will be included on a separate channel at some point.
