Hi.
Open your Battlefield 2 folder and go to:
/mods/bf2/

Important: Make a back up file of your GameLogicInit.con.

Then open it and write a new line into it:
renderer.drawNameTags 0

Save the file, start Battlefield 2 and
load the demos you have recorded.

Note: You won't be able to join a server until you have set renderer.drawNameTags to 1 again or completly restored
the original GameLogicInit.con.
