My inspiration for starting this channel came from a family from Belgium who honour my Great Uncle and his fellow crew mates who were shot down while returning from a bombing raid over Dusseldorf Germany on Nov. 2 1944. All members in the crew were KIA. The family from Belgium have been honouring the Aircrew since 1951."The Last Flight video" listed on this site is a tribute to my Uncle, his crew, and to the family from Belgium. Of course, I've always been inspired by those such as my Grandfather, Great Uncles and many who fought to give us the freedom we have today.
