Welcome to my channel. I'm happy to be able to present you my first album. My second album is already being planned, so be prepared to find new songs on this site soon. I play all instruments, do the vocals, and arrange and mix everything until I'm happy with it. Everything was recorded on a 4-track recorder at home. No PC program like Q-Base was used.

I hope you'll enjoy my music. Check out the iTunes link, or go to the mp3 downloads section of AMAZON and many more online shops.
About Me:

I started playing the guitar when I was 19. I have never had any lessons. I still remember trying to copy the licks of my heroes at that time. Later, when I was at university I started to write poems and songlyrics. The songwriting reached another level when I studied music and drama at the Colorado College / USA in 1995/96. I had a lot of time to develop my style and ideas. I had never played any of my ideas to other people. I was simply too shy. I composed a piece for the piano and the music professor played it in front of the course. The way he played it made me realize that the emotions hidden behind the notes seemed to be infectious. I recorded about 20 songs in the summer of 2007. Nine songs on this site are from that session. Songs like "Always with you" and "Our home within my heart" are about the death of my father. They were certainly the most direct way to cope with the trauma of those days. The song "Your wonder is waiting" was inspired by a movie, in which a really great football coach successfully motivated his team at halftime to turn around a game which seemed to be lost already. The long guitar solo at the end was the first take I recorded and is completely imrovised.
The song "Train of Life" derived from a situation in a bus driving through New Mexico. A Santa Fe train was running along the highway for such a long time that I started to count the waggons. I wondered when our ways would split. It felt really strange to finally let go and see the last waggon leaving for good. The song "Corporate World" deals with the expansion of the free capitalism in the east European countries and Russia.
I really hope you'll enjoy my music. Stay tuned for more new songs for your listening pleasure. See ya one day.
