What executives do, what they believe and value, what they reward and whom, are watched, seen and minutely interpreted throughout the whole organization. And nothing is noticed more quickly -- and considered more significant -- than a discrepancy between what executives preach and what they expect their associates to practice. -- Peter Drucker

The real opportunity for success lies within the person and not in the job/business. Thanks for teaching and leading others along this quest we call life. Loving the vids, I just subscribed, please stop by and lets say connected my friend.

To eternal happiness,

Bottom line: Use FDR approach - don't give the money to nonprofits, etc. Also, please explain to the public that more of Bush tax cuts equates to more of the same. Simply: NO $ in taxes = NO beneifts for anyone.

The two biggest points and the Government totally ignores the issue or has no idea the difference

1) EXTENDING BENEFITS WHICH ARE UP TODAY IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THEN ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR 99ERS.

2) 58 years old, to old to work, to young to retire............discriminated against because of age and also because I am unemployed.

Not sure but I will vote for Yogi Bear or maybe Mr. Magoo in 2012
