So a little about me, I am 53 years old calling Columbia, MD my home. And I believe every one has the ability to capture their dreams.

I'm an alternative health care provider,
with a keen interest in providing valid and accurate info for natural health and wellness.
I'm an animal lover, avid gardener and flower lover. My new passion is beekeeping the old fashion way.

I run a couple of businesses, most recently an online enterprise which provides the freedom to work around my schedule.
Which is key!!

I get to pick up and do whatever I want each day.

It's pretty wonderful- but it wasn't always so easy.

I have recently been involved with a wonderful group called
