Unfortunately, that is not how many media operate. These media write their own version of the "truth", and it is through this ever pervasive and worsening phenomenon that the "enemy" moves within our world. Now I wonder if perhaps the Lord led me away from journalism so I could better recognize and discern this evil.
The "enemy" worked overtime on Michael throughout his life. Michael didn't make it easy because he followed the P.T. Barnum book of public relations that says "any news is good news." He loved to play with the media and portray a mystique about his identity. However, these symbiotic boundaries became blurred just as the rules of objective journalism shifted with tabloid T.V., infotainment, and the dawn of the Internet. Communications conglomerates were now building empires of vertical mainstream news and channeled tabloid media that would propagate rumors in a race to be first with messages that sell. The media could air or print anything because if it was about Michael Jackson, anything was believable.
Think about that. Understand how that very concept misled an entire culture and contributed to the destruction of a lovely human being. Michael had a right to his life, and it was stolen from him. Journalists, friends, employees, people close to him, and even some of those he helped...So many of them literally manufacture lies as truth to make a profit off this man. The proof is there for anyone who wants to see the facts. I don't think I could have endured half of what Michael had to face every day from the vermin and vampires that feasted off of his name.
Aphrodite Jones revealed one aspect of media involvement in the barrage of dark forces upon Michael in her remarkable work, "Michael Jackson Conspiracy". It is a lesson in organized brutality, providing a front row view into mediated macabre. I encourage you to read it. You will find truth about Michael and what really happened in these pages. Though it was proven that Jordan Chandler's father, Evan, extorted Michael in 1993, and though Michael was found innocent on all counts in a court of law on June 13, 2005, the media have been forever dragging him through trenches filled with libelous words, slanderous claims, and direct lies about him and his life.
There is only one God, and once the Lord is in your heart, He is there forever. Michael spoke and wrote openly of God, Jesus, and his faith. Many of his lyrics were filled with Christian values. Though he had his share of flaws - as do we all - Michael led a very moral life. Michael understood God's purpose for him. He was raised on The Holy Bible; enjoyed the times when he could take a break from work to be a pilgrim in his faith; always thanked God and credited God for all the gifts that flowed through him. Though he clearly fought intense human battles that raged and tested him throughout his lifetime, Michael never lost his faith.
I have gathered together some of my favorite videos and thoughtful reflections I have written to share the truth about Michael Jackson; to provide a glimpse into Michael's genius talent and Christ filled compassion that are the cornerstones to his beautiful and wonderful legacy.

When I feel moved, I am compelled to express my thoughts; not to judge or overshadow God's purpose, but to reveal the truth so others can understand how all media are biased, how medialoid and tabloid media are false, and how a loving God can continue His work even when we feel a loss of light.

Melanye...I was truly blessed as I read your profiled information. I am equally as blessed reading the caption for "With A Child's Heart" (which I absolutely love!). You have so eloquently captured the heart of Michael Joseph Jackson in words..You also walk with the Lord...which has increased your "knowingness". My spirit leaped as I read each of the words so strategically put into place by the Holy Spirit through you. Thank you for flowing in the spirit! That's why we feel Michael so very much because he is with God...My heart misses him, but I know he is resting in the arms of Jesus.

A warrior of words in loving support of Michael Jackson. Wouldn't it be wonderful if it was required reading for all those who have contributed to the hurt, pain, and injustice which he was forced to endure throughout his lonely life. With the millions of insensitive, cruel, heartless, opinionated, judgemental words that have been printed regarding Michael, I hope one day his children might come upon the words you have written.
