Martin--I've been playing and listening to bluegrass, etc for more than 50 years and you are the FIRST dobro player I've heard who really sounded deep and soulful and grabbed my attention. There must be more of them out there that I don't know about--who else should I be listening to?

Does anyone know of a biography for this man? How did he learn? Does he make any teaching videos?

Quite possibly the best I have seen and heard. This from a semi- pro musician. 5 string banjo, resonator and flat top guitar, fiddle, mandolin and electric bass. Also a teacher of these instruments. Thank you for your postings so the rest of us knows what a resonator guitar can do with patience and practice. Thanks again.
