About Me
I work with smart, educated and hard-working professionals who want to position themselves for promotion, make office politics work to their advantage, and negotiate a pay rise.

I've helped hundreds of professionals discover their full potential, communicate their unique value and get the jobs they really wanted.

In the last 7-8 years I have recruited for some of the leading technology firms sourcing for positions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. I qualified as a Personal Performance Coach and also got a diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching.

In my work, I noticed that a lot of people, even those with a lot of experience, struggle with interviews and 'selling' themselves effectively. I decided to use my extensive experience to help professionals learn how to play to their strengths and counter their weaknesses during job interviews. So five years ago I set up an interview coaching business and have since coached hundreds of professionals on their interview technique, helping them get the jobs and promotions they really wanted.

I have been featured in Cosmopolitan magazine, interviewed for Financial Times and Management Today and contributed to a number of blogs. I have spoken at career events and have written a couple of e-books related to job search and successful interviewing.

As a recruiter, I worked closely with HR departments and Senior Management, and was often privy to confidential discussions about why people get promoted and why they do not. I've discovered that working hard and having the right skills are not enough to get that promotion or job you're looking for. I've seen too many smart, hard working professionals be unhappy with their careers because they don't know how to promote themselves.

Helping professionals discover and communicate their unique value, and engage in effective self-promotion are the keys to getting ahead and the driving force behind what I do.
