Hey Patrick, I just bought your book (Managing Online Forums) after speaking to April "CuppaJo" Burba (former NCSoft Community Manager). She told me that it was the best book for website administrators, moderators, etc. I just wanted to tell you, this book looks amazing and I can't wait to get into it. I myself am a Volunteer forum moderator for several published games and am a former website owner. In fact, I think I will give website/forum administration another try after reading your book.
