I approach my work at as an Analytical Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Teacher with a holistic outlook that takes into consideration all aspects of mind, body, heart and soul. My goal at http://www.malahypnotherapy... is to help my clients bridge the gap between these areas of life so that one experiences the peaceful comfort of inner congruency.
Quality of life is enhanced by having a healthy sense of who we are and what we came here to do. My approach is unique in that it combines analytical hypnosis with a deep understanding of spiritual growth and development. In this way my clients live their inner truth through their own inner wisdom to the benefit of health, wealth, happiness and peace. The bigger picture is a positive effect for all.

On a physical level I love anything Yoga as it aligns the Mind and the Body and helps us to remember Mind and Body, as is everything, is One. I also love Inline Skating and walking or running the beach where my Dog can run free and spread her unconditional love to all she comes in contact with!
I love to swing my Poi and Dance with Fire, or twirl a Hula around my hips as the sound of a drum makes my heart sing.
On a Spiritual level I seek to help myself and others align their choices with the power and guidance of Soul Intention and Higher Purpose. My greatest fulfillment in life comes from deep, loving relationships, laughter and coming alive in the Mind, Body, Heart and Soul... so that lifes road can take it's true and intended path.
My professional life in Hypnotherapy is testiment to this where my passion is in Spiritual Growth and Development and the Evolution of Consciousness. I love working with people who are motivated to transcend and include the experiences of their past so they may grow through the transformations of change and live, laugh and love with the wonder of life here on Planet Earth.
On an intellectual level I love to read and write, intermixed by engaging in practices that serve to quieten and calm the mind, and then others that inspire and ignite.
