I love to talk about God and what He says in His Word, the Bible. I love defending the faith and discussing the faith. I especially love making videos calling out the heretical beliefs of the Iglesia ni Cristo cult. Such cult member's arguments make great comedy.

I am mainly a Taekwondo/Kickboxing guy who likes Jujitsu as well but also tried out a few other arts. I have sever knee injuries so I cannot kick anymore like I used to back in the day and it hinders my technique a lot. But I live with it and work on ways to defend myself without much kicking.

Target Focus Training (a total joke and scam, I got an A+ in college doing this for P.E. credits),

Tae Bo (It works for cardio! Don't hate I use a DVD!)
