I manage the Box Office of a theater in SW Florida, and once I found this, it became mandatory training video for all staff. In fact, most in the business side of our theater have seen this now, and we are all die-hard fans. Interestingly enough, our stage manager for our current show got excited because he knows you. Brian Maschka. He loved it too... though less at the time we were watching it because he was trying to get tickets from us... and um... well we were busy watching.
