For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by natural remedies. I've collected books from all over the world on herbs and healing, from old folk remedies to ancient Indian recipes, I've built up a collection of home health remedies that I am relieved to know as a mother and happy to share with my family and friends.

Thanks to YouTube, I can now share them here too. By far my favourite healing method is the living science of Ayurveda, I am honoured to have learned from some of the greatest masters in this beautiful art of understanding our nature and the nature of the world around us.
