Le~Bays ( /ˈle - bis/) is a PopRoCreative band that formed in Jakarta, Indonesia in the mid of 2008 consisting of Ayiela (lead vocals/song writer), Ilvan (guitar), and Anka (guitar/piano).

They took the name "Le-Bays", from Indonesia slang words lebai which means hyperbolic/ dramatic/ being too much of something . It refers not only to their personalities of each character, but also their various, dynamic kind of music and lyrics theyre making.

Once the group decided using lebai ("dramatic" ~ in a good way), they decided to adopt the name, using the Le~Bays spelling.
