Billy the Kidney with Tiwi kids tells in song: Swap soft drink - all for water - we're sugar free!

2,257 views 9 months ago
SINGALONG words for kids & teachers.....The wonderful Tiwi kids of Bathurst Island sing a story of how important it is be sugar free, to drink fresh water instead of high sugar drinks, to help keep your kidneys stay healthy, to live stronger longer! Drinking water instead... is very important, especially when dehydration can hurt your kidneys and make them very sick, especially if you live in hot country!

Sugar ... we're sugar free ... I'm Billy the Kidney
Sugar ... we're sugar free ... I'm Billy the Kidney

Billy the Kidney came from Sydney, on a plane to Milikapiti
Got the kidney - law and order - swap the soft drink, all for water
I need hydration, for my concentration!

I am a kid, Billy the Kid-Kidney
I need a lot of water when I'm thirsty
I am a kid, Billy the Kid-Kidney
All I wanna to be ... is sugar free!

Tiwi mob all drink water - water is for everyone
Billy the Kidney found his gang, went to the shop with a bang bang bang
And Tiwi mob gave his order, "shopkeeper ... gimme your water"
I need hydration for my concentration!

I'm a kid ... Billy the Kid-Kidney
I need a lot of water when I'm thirsty
I'm a kid ... Billy the Kid-Kidney
All I wanna be ... is sugar free!

Kidney gang says water, water
Kidney gang says kukuni, yeah!
Kidney gang says water, water
Kidney gang says kukuni, yeah!

My name's Billy the Kidney
Having Coke instead of water's silly
Hydrate before you play, hey!
To keep your kidneys healthy every day

I'm a kid ... Billy the Kid-Kidney
I need a lot of water when I'm thirsty
I'm a kid ... Billy the Kid-Kidney
All I wanna be ... is sugar free!
I'm a kid ... Billy the Kid-Kidney
I need a lot of water when I'm thirsty

I'm a kid ... Billy the Kid-Kidney
All I wanna be ... is sugar free!
...... Billy the Kid-Kidney
All I wanna be... is sugar free!
...... Billy the Kid-Kidney
All I wanna be... is sugar free!
