Sassy Sunday: Half way to a 6-pack! (My workout)

I'm on a quest to get 6 pack abs in time for Vancouver Pride and I'm now about half way there. Check out what a typical training session is like for me! I do 3 or 4 sets of each thing, but cut it down for the video, and I workout 4 times a week, but do cardio 6 times. My trainer is Sylvia Hernandez from Bailame Fitness (http://bailamefitness.com) and we work out at Gold's Gym in Burnaby, BC (http://goldsgymbc.com)
