J - first of all, thank you so much for contextualizing the US Occupy Movement within other worldwide movements. Americans need to know that! Second, after just staring incredulous at the news coverage yesterday (upon returning home from the Oakland protest) I started to record some of it. If you'd like to see how biased our local media are against Occupy, check out my channel (OccupyIdeas - specifically the Port of Oakland longshoreman video). I won't link you to it here because I don't want this message to be confused with a spammer - but judging from your comments I thought you might be interested. We in Oakland stand in solidarity with the France G20 protests and the hundreds of other Occupy and non Occupy peoples protests worldwide.
