thank you jimmy for finally standing up and being a voice against the new york city officials. the DOT agents are the nastiest people around. they wont even give a honest citizen a break of three minutes to put a quarter in a meter, but they are allowed to break the laws over and over again. even the police officers consistently give tickets for phone use while driving, which is the right thing to do, but i see them consistently doing it and you know its not professional use.
