This is my new 'main channel'. I'll be posting my new video's here from one of the best series ever, Stargate. I started over on this channel when my old channel got ruined by, in my eyes, unfair copyright claims. '
ALL MY VIDEOS WERE MADE UNDER FAIR USE. I DON'T, DIDN'T AND WILL NOT MAKE ANY PROFIT FROM MY VIDEO'S.
And it will take to much time and effort to get everything back in order that I was forced to start over.
No copyright infringement is intended by my videos and I do not make any profit from it.
This might be helpfull for everyone who makes and posts fan videos here on Youtube, AND IS NOT AND IS NOT INTENDED TO MAKE ANY PROFIT FROM THEM.
1) Select "Resolve Copyright" on the video you are having copyright issues with.
2) Scroll down and pick the option "I want to learn more about this dispute process".
3) Scroll down and pick the option "Take me to the dispute form".
4) Pick option #2 and PASTE the following statement into the text bar next to it;
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."
5) Fill out the rest of the info on the page. Use your REAL name and continue
6) Scroll down on the next page and select "Submit dispute".

How have you been? How was your start in 2012? Hope you're alright and that your study goes well.
For me, I am indeed busy at the moment with studying, for which I haven't been as productive as I would like to.
It's nice to see the amount of subscribers is still growing on your channel day after day. I hold you in high esteem for your work having linked you in several posts about you and Stargate fanvideos.

Trouwens , ik heb deze week een account gemaakt op Zippcast..hebben dezelde channels als het oude Yt..site is nog niet helemaal klaar maar is veelbelovend..
