About Me: The goal of my channel is to share my TTC, pregnancy and now mothering journey with all of the people who want to watch it !
My husband and I have been together for 6 years and married for 4 and we thought it was time for a baby.
Our journey actually started in Sept of 08 when I came to find out that I had a 10cm fibroid on the outside of my uterus. After having it removed (via a C-section like surgery), my uterus was finally healed and we were ready to try :)
We ended up being lucky enough to get pregnant quickly and we had our first baby (the gender was a surprise). On May 7, 2010, after 18 hours of labor and 3 crazy and painful hours of pushing, Porter Edward was born. He was 8 lbs 4 oz and 21 inches long. We call him our Sweet Porter Pie and we love watching him grown and develop !
Follow my current journey as a breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth diapering, full time working mother who loves to educate others. I am passionate about cloth diapering not only because it's good for Porter's bottom and our pocket book, but also because I love our earth and I feel by cloth diapering (and teaching others about cloth diapering) I am doing my part to keep this earth clean for my child!
The one thing that puts me apart from some other YouTube moms is that I will never ever judge any of your parents decision. I know that we all make the best decisions that work for our own families. As Jeni (Candidmommy) kindly puts it, "All moms are different, and all moms are right!" My goal is to educate you and support whatever decision you make, as long as you make it knowing the facts ! All of the information that I will provide you with on my webpage will be supported by hard facts. And I will tell you when I am stating my opinion. That is a guarantee !
