I watched the anime a lot in my youth, and I still follow the newest episodes. I've played:
- Red
- Gold
- Ruby
- Sapphire
- Emerald
- Diamond
- Platinum
- Heart Gold
- Soul Silver
- Black
- White
My first shiny ever was a Krabby on gold. I was nervous as hell, lol. Beside the pokéradar (I caught a lot with that) on platinum and the red Gyarados on the Johto series I also caught a shiny Trapinch.
I enjoyed Platinum the most, but I think Black/White has the best ending ever. Sinnoh is my favorite region.
