Classic Game Room was founded in 1999 and produces daily, journalistic video game reviews in High Definition HD video covering a variety of games and hardware from the past 30 years up to the newest releases.

Classic Game Room is produced by the CGR team who has been playing video games since the 1970's and has over 10 years of video production experience, film and documentary writing experience and is credited with being the first retro-reviewer producing videos online in 1999. The review show was originally cancelled in 2000 and came back in 2008.

Featuring current and daily reviews of games, controllers and hardware from Sega Genesis, Atari 2600, 7800, Sega Dreamcast, Sony PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, Xbox Live Arcade, Sega Saturn, NES, Super Nintendo, N64, Sega CD, Megadrive, Magnavox Odyssey 2, Playstation 1 and more!

I never understood how no one does a review of Tecmo Super Bowl for the NES. It was the first game that had a rom in the actual cartridge to save your progress. You didn't need a code of letters or a memory card. Your players went through slumps and were injured, the half time shows were cool. The cut scenes in between certain plays were awesome. It's still one of the best football games ever in my opinion. People have hacked the game update the rosters with the latest players and play online in temco bowl leagues. That's love.
