Unitl August 2010 I have bee running a website called Incredible Ladies. It's a lifestyle guide from ladies for ladies although gentlemen are welcome to visit. Although I am not updating anymore the site is still live and the articles are still valid. You may learn a thing or two about sport, nutrition and women - and you may want to tell your lady about it :)

I do Bodybuilding since 25 years, but had a long period of neglect which saw me with 2 stone more and severe back pain in the end. Bodybuilding brought me back to scratch.

However the site is not just about the sport, it's about getting the bum up and 'Doing' something. There is a lot of other stuff published that hopefully people might like.

And one of the challenges I have set myself is to enter a regional Bodybuilding Championship in 2011. If you are interested about the progress please follow my blog on http://rikas-challenges.blogspot.com/
