As described in the the 1st part, the Superintendent of Carlton Schools in Ontario Canada had experienced David Boulton speak at Apple Computer in Cupertino and asked Apple to sponsor David's presentation to his "Power Group" the Ministry of Education - a group of about 20 leaders in Canada's education system. Among the attendees, was Michael G. Fullan, Dean Faculty of Education, University of Toronto who said of the presentation:
"Thanks for the great presentation. There is great potential for your ideas. The subjective meaning paradigm and theory of learning and (overall) direction ring true."
