Thanks for the positive feedback Jake! I'm just going through some old tapes and transferring it to digital form. There are a couple good clips of Sifu Lamar and other good training stuff in there that I will be putting up. Stay tuned!

Hey everybody! I've posted quite a few video clips of the seminar that we had with Sifu Lamar this past August, and there is more to come! I just wanted to give out Sifu Lamar's website (http://www.hardcorejkd.com) so you can check out all the great equipment, and especially all the AWESOME DVDs!!! I have the "JKD for the Advanced Practitioner", 3 DVD set and it is amazing!! It was interesting to see Sifu Lamar talk about and demonstrate so many topics, one right after the other, and there was no script, no edited sequences.
