Has anyone been successful with the Meyer's 'Water Splitter'? Sounds like all you have to do is: Stress about 3cc of H20 between the 200 -400 volt DC charged electrodes, then pulse it with a 40Khz arc to instantaneously split the hydrogen atoms from the oxygen atom (need sufficient H20 molecules to cause cracking of all 3cc of H20) which in turn would cause instant combustion of the hydrogen with the newly released oxygen atom plus the ambient compressed air in the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine. Basically, it sounds like a tough engineering problem of water metering and placement related to spark power and timing, if Mr. Meyer's theory of running water is correct. He did appear to be sincere.

I would love to see a small 4HP air cooled engine run on water with just a custom ignition system, a 'Meyer Water Splitter', and tank of rain water in its petro tank.
