It was the videos of Les that prompted me to record some videos of my dad telling his stories. My dad passed away today, and it has made me think of Les.

I am reviewing your dad's videos again, after several years have passed. They still comfort and inspire me to be the best person I can be. My dad was a seabee in the Solomons, Marshalls, and New Guinea 50th and then 60th on Tinian, after the 50th had finished their work and been disbanded. Tanya

How are you and yours? I lost my husband inb 2009, he was a WWII Navy vet. I also lost opuyr three dogs ..all imn a 6 month period of time.
