Hey, maybe you guys can help me. There's this monologue Connolly did about a party - I love it, but I can't remember which album it's on. You know the one - the bicycle in the bathroom, the budgie that gets trampled into the carpet, and the old guy who gets the bagpipes out and sweeps all the crinolene ladies off the mantlepiece as he does an about turn. Can any remember the name of the album and the title of the track? I keep trying to re-enact it for those who have never come across early Connolly, as it shows off his genius as a storyteller, but I always forget bits, like the burning fish supper or the way the old guy says 'Aye, I was a fine figure o' a man, I tell ye that'. Could someone message me the info please, or link the youtube clip from the album perhaps?

Connolly is funny. It took me a while to start understanding him with that thick accent, though.

just listend to the camping story about shug gillchrist. lol his bottom lip was like a hand wash basin. MAGIC
