what a shame. this page had some really good ideas, but to dig deeper one finds the basic anti-american spew . keep this in mind friend, once you give them power of all three branches, they'll no longer tolerate any dissent. but by then, none on the right will care. we'll say you've made your bed.
they're all tjhe same, stalin, marx, lenin, hiter, mao. think i'm full of crap? post an anti-obama video and watch the response from the left. i still love the magnetic engines.they could change the world as we know it. but then that would mean that the gov. would lose billions.can't have that. i don't think the oil companies would worry. it would take 50 years to phase out the internal combustion eng. but tell the obamessiah theres no more tax on home electric? you get my point. good luck and god bless. |

And what sense would it make to use petrol, for instance, to runa generator which produces the current to run the electrolysis out of which you can hyrdrogen??!! Which you then use to power a car??? You waste time, money and more importantly you unnecessarily pollute the environment.
The processes presented as "hot new invention" are of course not new. The electrolysis was invented in somewhat 1845. It is not new!! And also hybrid cars are not new!! That's what all trains do, for instance, when they brake. Then they use the electrical engine and use it as a dynamo which transform the obsolete kinetic energy into electrical energy. You could use this concept and apply to cars (but, please not Toyota Prius-like which is a marketing gag and not eco-friendly at all!!!). |

So the technology is NOT the problem here, although the storage and transportation becomes hugely difficult, as you either need to compress the gas (up to 200/300 bars) or liquify it (which is only possible at a temperature of T=-252 celsius). You lose massive amounts of energy for these transformation processes.
The bottleneck and the problem, however, is the production of H2, which makes only sense if you largely can use regenerative energy to do it or in the future maybe fusion energy of hydrogen (i.e. the fusion of the nuclear atom o H2 to helium - the process which takes place in the sun!). Not only economically, but more importantly ecologically!! All natural processes only have a certain efficiency, meaning that you lose energy by running them. |

Ok, let s start with the physics lesson, again, very slowly: In order to generate 1 m3 H2 via electrolysis you need 4.3 to 4.9 kWh: Electrolysis: 2 H2O(l) → 2 H2(g) + O2(g) The maximum energy you can get out of H2 later via combustion of H2 or re-transformation to electricity is 2.98 kWh per m3. 2 H2(g) + O2(g) → 2 H2O(l) INDEED, YOU NEED MORE ENERGY TO GENERATE H2, THAN YOU CAN GET OUT OF H2 LATER, you billy Bobs! Of course, you can use hydrogen - an personally I see the future in it for cars, too - to power cars, either in a fuel cell where electricity is generated by reversing the electrolysis process or in a conventional ICE where the H2 is burned with O2. Check the BMW 7 series hydrogen. You can drive it up to 248 km/h (which as a matter of fact, I already did, hihi). |

These hicks heard something about hydro on the TV and think that they can use water to run cars. OMG ... you only can "sell" this stupid and unscientific crap in the US?! Firstly, the "unique electrolysis process" has been invented in 1845, secondly you cannot use water only, it is not H2O, but H2 and to create it you need more energy than you can get out it. And which form of energy is the electricity based on you use for the electrolysis??? |

What is your opinion on this? This piece was the best thing I heard for a long time!! Ever heard that you need to put in power and force to position the magnet first!!?? It seems only the USA where you can make people believe that you invented something "new", although it is the dumbest thing ever!!! hihi hoh haha ... and another thing, in all other countries research work is done by professionals, not by ignorant school boys, haha ... long live the USA, the country of stupidity, haha hihi hohoho hahah!!!
