The biggest government now is de facto world government by transnational corporations working behind the scenes to pay for puppet governments to make them look like representative democracies. Why else is the world starvation rate up to one billion?

Someone in Canada's gotta say it: Big government is counterproductive! And Fraser Institute is doing just that. Societies don't need it for progress. I mean, look at the US! We haven't fallen to the wayside, and we had hundreds of years of small gov't and low spending. We've only been doing this Keynesian thing for the last 80 years or so.

Thank God for the Fraser Institute. I'm not Canadian (American here), but I applaud your efforts to inform Canadians about the destructive ways of big gov't and demolish these myths that pervade Canadian culture. The truth will set Canadians free! Inform the people with the truth, not lies and empty promises.

I just need to ask this question do you think the goverment should intervene with the Canadian economy?
