Hey, I used your guide on here to fix my xbox but now it has a different problem. The laser is acting weird and sometimes it wont do what it is supposed to do. It does the exact same thing for everyone of my games. It will stay still for a second move towards the game, and then make a noise. And then it will try to read it one more time and do the same thing, and then it will stop trying to read it. Any help here?

We worked on the X Box 360 all day Step by Step according to what you told us to do. Needless to say it did not work. Any other suggestions ? The Red Rings of Death are still on the X Box 360 and this is the second one I have bought. Where else can I get help ??? Any suggestions would be appreciated....
