For me, a good marketing strategy consists of:
1.clear definition of market segment for your product
2.personalized advertising to make sure you grab the attention of the target audience
3.provide a mechanism for the audience spread the word
4. award the audience that advertise for you for example: bonus, gifts, discounts, 5 stars customer.

To grab and share individual videos, simply go to the "Videos" tab, play your favorite video and click on "Get link" or "Share video" to get the video's YouTube URL (top right hand corner of any video).
