If the date is wrong, is it possible it happened a whole year later? If so it could be the same on that was seen entering the earths atmosphere in China July 7th 2010 and then was seen causing an electric storm in Tawain July 17th 2010??

Depends what the system is. I am arguing for total localisation but the world would have to be in agreement for it to work. I know "new world order" has mostly bad connotations but doesen't necessarily have to be so.
