Hi Lihomang.

Yeah they use the lassoo tool. You select around the areas, say the eye, and then just move it then paint back around it to clean it up. Or sometimes people use the Liquify filter, in the filters menu.

I haven't watched all your videos, so I don't know if you've covered this all ready, but do you know how to select a specific part of a painting and move it around? Like say if I'm drawing a face and notice the eyes are a little to high up on the forehead, how would I go about moving just that small section of the face down a bit? I've noticed people doing that in some other videos and can't tell how they're doing it. Any help would be appreciated. You've got a great channel by the way, especially for us p.s. newbs. Kinda surprised you don't have more subscribers.

@ lvlajoi2n Hey man, thanks alot I really appreciate your feedback. I wouldn't recomend doing intensive studies using a mouse, it's very frustrating, and takes alot more effort, and in the end will cause rsi pain. Until You get a tablet I'd suggest you just do pencil drawings and if you want to go digital, scan them in and lay in some basic colours. A mouse is useful if you do a more comic painted style, using lasoo and pen selections. So until you get a tablet that would be what I recomend. Tradtional drawing will improve your digital skills, and vice versa since it's all training your hand-eye coordination and your understanding of the fundamentals of art and design.

Hi! i found your tutorial through CA.Org and it's been very helpful. Alot of Tutorials skip alot of useful information a newb might not know and go right into the actual coloring process. i especially like your step by step process for making line art, because all the tutorials i've found for that have basically just been a mess.

I have a question though, i don't own a wacom tablet yet, should i still try to do studies on Photoshop without a Tablet?
