I am physically disabled and suffering from P.T.S.D. caused by Domestic Abuse thanks to my husband. The abuse is so bad I have lost my idenity. I don't know how to get it back. He refuses to give me enough money to pay my bills and buy food. I am lost and beaten down. I am NUMB. There is no help for people with disabilities suffering from domestic abuse. No laws protect us.
