About me:

My name is Cody Zamostny, railroad photographer and videographer. I'm 17 years of age, born on September 11, 1994. I'm currently a senior at St. Peter Chanel High School in Bedford, OH. I've lived in Maple Heights all my life, and my first railfanning experiences came at an extremely young age on Conrail's Cleveland Line minutes from my home, now owned by NS.

Here, you will find videos from all over Ohio, as well as some from Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana.

JQ Productions:

JQ Productions is a new production company founded by a good friend of mine, Jonathan "JQ" Quinley. He's been documenting railroad operations with photos and videos for over fifteen years, and finally accomplished his goal of starting his own production company. With the help of co-producer/co-writer Chris Paciocco, he's already had his first DVD/Blu Ray release, a 24-hour coverage of action at Deshler, OH. As you may have seen in my February 2011 videos from Rochelle, he's also done a 24 hour event "Where the BNSF and UP Cross," as well as on BNSF's Crawford Hill, both of which to be released on DVD/Blue Ray in the near future. JQ's one of the most enjoyable guys I've railfanned with, and does some great work. I guarantee you'll like what you see!

Thanks for the help! I actually caught the B&LE headed into the plant around 4pm as I didn't get up there as early in the morning as I would have liked. I just stopped by Ashtabula to see the junction then ventured over to Conneaut, which I like much better. That was really neat to see those B&LE tunnel motors though. Some nice locations up there in Conneaut for sure. Thanks again!

Hey Cody I was thinking about venturing up to Ashtabula on Saturday to catch some trains and I was wondering if you had any tips/information about locations up there. I would really appreciate it. And just out of curiosity where was your channel background photo taken? Thanks!
