联科专门提供集群、网格、云(Cloud)及高性能计算(high performance computing, HPC)技术，致力运用尖端计算科技配合营运、商业智能及相关解决方案，令客户可加速及改善紧急及业务关键的应用。我们的软件产品有助加快网格及集群应用发开，集成网格基础设施及有效部署及管理HPC集群。我们的专业服务让客户可充份利用最新电脑技术，增加在网格及HPC上的投资回报。

我们的研发团队拥有近30位在多个科学和工程学科具丰富经验的博士和硕士生，为客户提供技术支援。在2000年，联科与香港中文大学联合建立了计算科技中心(Center for Large-Scale Computation, CLC)，致力研发实用高级计算技术。2001年香港特别行政区政府创新科技处与联科共同投资一千一百万元开发「联科并行环境」(Clustertech Parallel Environment, CPE)。2004年香港特别行政区政府创新科技处与联科再投资四百万元进一步提升CHESS软件性能。
