I did have a lot of trade freezing, and some got stuck when the trade was done, and it seems like every glitch Pokemon from my Red knows Seismic Toss somehow.
When trying cross region trading, I think my blue accidentally corrupted my JP red's Pokemon. Not the file, it still loads, but the Pokemon on it. I took a vid, I might need to try it out with JP Stadium GS.
